More than 300 clients worldwide have trusted the AI services of our company:
Access to our 120M+ categorized domain database, priced by tier and volume. Pick the plan that matches your filtering needs, choose your delivery format — API, CSV, DNS blocklist or full download — and get a quote within one business day.
Every plan provides access to the same 120M+ categorized domain database. Higher tiers add more delivery formats, AI blocklist coverage, and contractual weight.

Contracted terms, multi-year availableBecause a fair price for a 400-student elementary school and a 40,000-student county system is never the same number, and posting one flat rate would mean overcharging one of them. Enrollment, site count, device mix, and whether you need on-premise components all move the math.
What we can promise is a fast, honest process: tell us your enrollment and structure, and we build a quote from the same rate card every other district sees — no mystery discounts negotiated in a back room, no "call for pricing" runaround that goes nowhere. You'll see the inputs, not just the output.

Some vendors lock core data behind their top plan. We don’t. These six things come with every tier, Single School through Enterprise.
Obscenity, child exploitation, and harmful-to-minors content categories classified and ready to integrate.
Domains carrying SafeSearch-relevant labels so your filter can enforce restricted mode across search and video platforms.
API, CSV, DNS/RPZ, PAC, hosts files, firewall EDL — integrate the database into whatever infrastructure you run.
The same 120M+ categorized domain database is included in every tier — higher plans add delivery formats, not more data.
Email support is standard everywhere; higher tiers simply shorten the response clock.
~300,000 new domains classified every day. Your filter stays current without manual list maintenance.
Six inputs, in the order our team walks through them on a quoting call.
The single biggest lever. We price per student per year, so district size sets the base of the quote before anything else is considered.
A single school using API lookups and a 12-building district downloading the full database in multiple formats have different data delivery needs.
API-only access is the simplest path. Full CSV downloads, DNS/RPZ blocklists, PAC files, and firewall EDL exports are included at District tier and above.
Single School, District, District + AI Database, or Enterprise/State — each adds delivery formats, data depth, and support on top of the base database access.
The 16,328+ domain AI Tools database with 18 categories and 165+ subcategories is included at the District + AI tier and above, or available as a standalone add-on.
Multi-year commitments unlock volume breaks. Annual terms stay flexible but don't carry the same discount.
School budgets get approved once, revisited rarely, and scrutinized by people who weren’t in the room when the technology decision was made. A database subscription that changes shape mid-year turns a routine renewal into a board meeting problem.
We price to avoid that. The quote you sign is the quote you pay, for the length of the term you sign it for. No per-device fees, no overage charges, no surprise hardware costs.
Three steps from first contact to a signed order — no discovery-call maze.
Enrollment, site count, and whether devices leave campus. Five minutes on a form or a call, whichever you prefer.
Most quotes arrive within one business day, itemized and formatted for procurement review — nothing binding yet.
Once your PO or contract clears, provisioning is a cloud configuration step, not an installation project.
CIPA compliance is the condition E-Rate discounts are built on, and web filtering is one of the categories most districts fund through that program. We built our pricing structure with that reality in mind: quotes are itemized clearly enough to sit in an E-Rate Form 470/471 filing without rework, and our team is used to working alongside the consultants and business office staff who manage that paperwork. If your district funds filtering through E-Rate, we can align contract language and invoicing cadence to match your funding year rather than making you translate between two calendars.
That said, plenty of districts and independent schools buy without ever touching E-Rate — private schools, small charter networks, and state-funded programs among them. The pricing structure doesn't assume E-Rate participation and doesn't penalize districts that skip it. You get the same enrollment-based quote either way; the only difference is which paperwork trail sits alongside the purchase order.
E-Rate's funding year runs July through June, and Form 471 filing windows open early in the calendar year with results that can take months to land. Districts that wait until a filing decision is final before engaging a vendor often end up compressing implementation into the final weeks before the school year starts. We'd rather you talk to us earlier: a written, non-binding quote in hand during the filing window makes the paperwork more accurate and takes the guesswork out of budgeting for the discount share you're responsible for.
If your funding request is denied, reduced, or delayed, our quotes don't expire the moment E-Rate results post. We can hold pricing, adjust term length, or restructure a quote around district general funds so a funding setback doesn't turn into a compliance gap on August's first day of school.
The questions business offices and IT directors ask most before signing.
Tell us your enrollment and site count. Most districts have a real, itemized quote in hand within one business day — no pressure, nothing binding.
